Neil O'Brien, attended the Shri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Ji Gurdwara in Oadby on Tuesday 12th November as part of the Gurpurab celebrations.
The Gurpurab commemorated 550 years since the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first of the Sikh Gurus.
Neil said, "It's a hugely important day for Sikhs across the constituency and beyond, so it was a pleasure to join and address the congregation.
I've always received an incredibly warm and friendly welcome each time I've visited and this was no exception. There were a number of familiar faces as we organised a coach trip from the Gurdwara to Parliament earlier this year, which was brilliant."
